Highlights of v3.13: save Apple Pay or Google Pay in the wallet for one-tap charging, follow a live session from the lock screen, report charger issues, and a torch for scanning QR codes.

## What changed

### Added
- Apple Pay and Google Pay can be saved in the wallet as a stored, tokenised payment method, then reused to start charging like any saved card, instead of being triggered for each session.
- Live Activities on iOS: follow a charging session from the lock screen and Dynamic Island.
- Report a charger issue directly from the app.
- A torch toggle when scanning a QR code in low light.
