# Automatic trust-tier downgrades

Providers can now let trust tiers downgrade automatically. When an account stops qualifying for its tier it gets a seven-day grace period, with an email to the driver, then drops a tier if nothing changes. This setting is off by default. Reach out to customer support to get this adjusted.

## What changed

### Added
- Downgrade trust tiers automatically: an account that no longer qualifies gets a seven-day grace period, with an email to the driver, before it drops a tier.

### Note
- It needs MSP limits enabled and trust tiers configured, and does not affect accounts opted out of automatic tier transitions.

## Rollout

Off by default. Can be enabled on customer request.
