# Self-service charge card cancellation

Account admins can now cancel a charge card themselves from the My Cards page, instead of filling in a form or contacting support. Cancellation takes effect immediately and the card can no longer start new sessions, though a charge already running finishes normally.

## What changed

### Added
- A Cancel card action on the card overview, with a confirmation step and a cancellation reason.
- Email confirmation to the account admin and the card holder, deduplicated when they are the same person.

### Note
- Cancellation is permanent and cannot be undone. For a temporary, reversible deactivation, such as a lost card or a payment issue, block the card instead.

Enabled per provider, on request. Available to account admins.
