Subscribe (RSS)Open a charging station's commands from a session
Provider admins can now jump from a CPO session to the charging station's command history, already narrowed to that session. A View commands action on the session detail and in the sessions list opens the station's Commands tab with the session window applied, so an operator investigating a session no longer rebuilds the time range by hand.
Self-service trust tiers for Private Labels
Private Label admins can now configure their own trust tiers from the dashboard: per-currency, per-account-type monthly spending caps and the verifications each tier requires, plus the default tier for new individuals and organisations. Changes used to travel by email to a CSM; now the PL sets them directly.
Extended billable item exports and a public Invoices API
Billable item exports of CPO usage and MSP usage invoices now say exactly what each line bills: a stable fee type, a label, the IDs of the session, token or billing plan behind it, and the quantity, rate or percentage that produced the amount. The same export is available through new public Invoices endpoints, per invoice or for a whole billing period, so a provider that runs its own billing can feed it straight into an ERP or accounting tool.
Per-user credit limits within an account
An MSP account's monthly credit limit can now be split across its users. The account limit still applies to everyone; on top of it each user gets an allocation, so one heavy user can no longer exhaust the pool for the rest. Reaching a user's allocation blocks only that user's tokens; the account limit, when reached, still blocks every token on the account.
Automatic trust-tier downgrades
Providers can now let trust tiers downgrade automatically. When an account stops qualifying for its tier it gets a seven-day grace period, with an email to the driver, then drops a tier if nothing changes. This setting is off by default. Reach out to customer support to get this adjusted.
More reliable Bancontact bank verification
The small charge used to verify a bank account at signup via Bancontact was too low and often failed. It has been raised so the check succeeds more often, and it is still refunded automatically as soon as verification succeeds, so there is no cost to the customer.
Own-cardholder pricing on tariff profiles
A tariff profile can now carry a special price for a provider's own charge card holders, on top of its standard tariff. A provider that issues its own cards can give its drivers a different, usually discounted, price at its own charging stations, while everyone else, including drivers arriving over roaming, pays the standard tariff.
VAT verification for organisation accounts
Organisation VAT numbers can now be verified against the EU VIES registry, at signup or on demand. Verification feeds trust tiers, so a verified organisation can qualify for a higher tier and the credit that comes with it. Nothing is blocked by being unverified.
